When you first enter the Woodbine sub, you are greeted by signs that are illuminated at night, adorned with flowers during the summer months, and decorated with lights during the holiday season. The Woodbine subdivision was established in 1946, when this City was called Farmington Township. Since then, the subdivision has grown to 140 homes. All but five homes are hooked to our Community Well Water system. With the help of volunteers, the Water Board tests and flushes the system regularly.
• We have TWO drop boxes, one for the Water Commission and another for the Association. You can pay your water bill and Association dues by placing your checks in the proper drop box. The drop
boxes are checked several times a week for
incoming mail. These boxes are not used
for U.S. Mail, just internal mail only.
