Trash Pick-Up - Thursday's each week

When the holidays shown below fall on or before Thursday, your garbage and recycling pickup will be on Friday. This affects only the holidays listed below. For further information, call the DPW at 248-871-2850

New Year's Day • Memorial Day • July 4 • Labor Day • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Day.  All other holidays are exempt from the delayed pick up.

​

Note: DPW will not accept yard waste from PLASTIC BAGS. You can only use paper bags or trash cans.

​

Farmington Hills also participates in a recycle program through RRRASOC.

All these items are picked up on Thursdays unless a holiday interrupts the schedule as indicated above.
